Shut All Doors And Windows

You don't want water or soap getting inside your home (especially if you've purchased our house washing package), so it's a good idea for you to make sure all your doors and windows are sealed shut prior to our arrival. We'll also double-check to ensure everything is closed so that there are no accidents.

Notify Your Neighbors

Your neighbors might be a little confused or concerned if they see our team working around your property. In order to ease their worries and to avoid any concerns, we advise you to let your neighbors know about our work before we arrive. That way, we can work undisturbed, and you won't need to worry about panicked phone calls from the people next door.

Keep Pets And Children Inside

Pressure washing equipment can be very dangerous, but fortunately, we're properly trained on how to use it in the safest and most efficient manner. We don't want your children or pets to get in the way and possibly cause any injury, so we ask that you keep them inside throughout the duration of our pressure washing session. Don't worry. They'll be allowed to go out and play almost immediately after we've finished our work.

Remove Potential Obstacles

We'll need to be able to access different parts of your property, and in order to do that, we'll need you to make sure there are no obstructions or obstacles in our path. Please remove potential obstacles, such as toys, gardening tools, lawn furniture, sports equipment, and other objects that could get in our way. We also ask that you keep gates unlocked.

Leave A Contact Number

You don't need to be home while we're doing our pressure washing, but if you decide to leave, make sure to leave us an emergency contact number. It's unlikely that there will be any incidents, but in the off-chance that an accident occurs, we'd like to be able to reach you.
